Digital Product Studio

Products that actually ship. Built by the two founders.

Three live client products. All still in production. Android apps in Kotlin + Jetpack Compose, React dashboards in TypeScript — no junior devs, no handoffs, no surprise invoices.

What we actually do.

Design the screens, write the code, keep it running. Satish does all three, so you talk to one person across the whole project instead of handing off between stages.

How we actually work.

One person owns it

One builder designs the screens, writes the code, and deploys to production. When something breaks at 11pm, there is no Slack thread deciding whose problem it is.

Code we would show you

TypeScript everywhere. Firestore rules we would let you audit. No dependencies we cannot justify in one sentence. When you inherit our code, nothing on fire.

Measured, not claimed

We ship a lean home page — framer-motion tree-shaken, images lazy-loaded by default, and every release tested on mid-range Android phones over patchy 4G, because that is where most of our users actually are.

Friday builds, not Friday surprises

You get a working build every Friday. If something slipped, we tell you on Friday — not the day of launch. Nervous about scope? We will send you the git commits.

— What the founders told us —

After we shipped.

No surveys, no case studies dressed up for pitch decks. Just what they told us — with the matching project one click away.

HeliosFlow turned our farm operations around. The booking system and inventory dashboard replaced months of spreadsheet chaos.

A four-week project, week by week.

01

Week 1 · Scope

We write down exactly what we are building — and exactly what we are not. You sign it. We both refer back to it when we disagree later.

02

Week 1–2 · Screens

Figma. We click through the whole product before any code exists. You catch most of the problems here, when they are cheap to fix.

03

Week 2–3 · Code

Friday builds. You run the actual product every 7 days, not screenshots. We fix what you report on Monday and keep moving.

04

Week 4 · Ship

Production domain, monitoring, and a runbook for the three things most likely to break. Then we hand you the keys.
