What does a typical project cost?
Most projects land between ₹50,000 and ₹3,00,000 for a scoped build. MVPs start lower; apps with complex integrations (payments, real-time sync, multiple user roles) can run higher. Audits are a flat ₹25,000. Retainers start at ₹20,000/month. We write it down in the first email so nothing is a surprise.
How long from kickoff to launch?
2 to 4 weeks for most projects. Week 1 is scope, week 1–2 is Figma, week 2–3 is code, week 4 is ship. You see a Friday build every week so you always know where we are.
Do you work with early-stage startups?
Yes — that's most of who we work with. Founders, small teams, people shipping their first real product. If you don't have a big agency budget, that's fine. If you don't have a clear idea yet, we'll help you get one.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Every line we write is yours on day one. You get the GitHub repo, the Firebase project, the domain — all transferred to your account. If you ever want to take it in-house or hire someone else, you can.
What happens after launch?
We offer optional monthly retainers for bug fixes, small features, and performance work. If you'd rather take it from here, we hand over a runbook and answer questions for 30 days at no cost.
Can you sign an NDA?
Absolutely. We sign standard mutual NDAs before any deep discovery. Mention it in your inquiry or bring it to the first call — it takes 5 minutes.
When would you say no to a project?
When the scope needs more than 12 weeks of focused work (we staff two people, not twenty), when the product is a token launch or gambling flow, when the timeline is ‘yesterday’ on a build that realistically needs six weeks, and when the client wants weekly-status-PM ceremony instead of a working build. We've turned away five projects this year for these reasons.
